It is important to read our Terms and Conditions before you commit to working with us.
From time to time we may change these Terms and Conditions. Should these changes take place after you have placed an order then the original Terms and Conditions at the time of placing your order will apply.
A contract of service will only exist when we have accepted your order. If we need to refuse an order you will be informed.
All prices may be subject to change. Should our prices change after you have placed an order then the price at the time of purchase will apply.
It is recommended that throughout the process of your order being completed you check your junk or spam folder. We can not accept any liability for an order being sent but perceived as not received for this reason.
We take payment in full in advance. Regardless of deadlines, work will not commence until payment is received.
If payments are reversed by the bank for any reason whatsoever, you, the Client, will reimburse us for the cost of any related bank changes.We will also require you, the Client, to reimburse us for the costs of pursuing payment.
If the document is required urgently and requires attention outside of normal office hours, we may charge a premium.
Costs agreed at the start of a project are not negotiable at a later stage unless additional tasks are requested by the Client, in which case the fee may change and/or the deadline. The Client has no right to reduce or refuse agreed payment based on style of work or interpretation of the brief.
Late Payment of Commercial Debts can lead to a charge of interest and compensation to the Client. If the Client decides to terminate during a project before it is completed, there is a right to invoice for 50% of the agreed fee where the work is less than halfway complete, and 100% of the agreed fee where the work is more than halfway complete.
If the Client cancels prior to the project commencing but has made a booking and agreed terms and conditions then rights are reserved to invoice for 100% agreed fee if insufficent notice is given.
If we are affected by extraordinary circumstances that cause the cancellation of a project we will contact the Client as soon as possible, in writing, to renegotiate the timeframe or suggest an alternative professional solutions.
If there is a serious breach of the terms of the contract then there is a right to terminate the Contract.
If agreed to issue a refund, we will require you to provide bank account details. These details should match the account from which the original payment was made. If you provide alternative bank details, we may decline to refund payment. Where incorrect bank details have been provided we do not accept responsibility for any loss incurred by sending the refund to the wrong account.
We rely on the information provided by the Client to be true. No responsibility will be accepted if subsequently statements are found to be false or misrepresented.
We are commited to protecting the privacy of our clients. We will not keep your information for longer than is necessary.
We do not check or correct factual information within the work - including calculations, diagrams, figures, statistics, formulae.
This agreement is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
